  1. Get a spare USB flash drive.
  2. Install usb-imagewriter
    sudo apt-get install usb-imagewriter
  3. Go to the product page and download the latest Firmware Update Tool (ISO).
  4. Extract its contents
  5. Insert your USB flash drive.
  6. Open Applications -> Accessories -> Image Writer
  7. Select the extracted file isolinux\btdsk.img, the USB flash drive you desire and click "Write to Device".
  8. When the operation is complete, reboot from USB flash drive and update your SSD.
